Obituary for
Wenda Thomson
Our beautiful Wenda left us on Thursday October 11th 2018, after decades of a long and heart breaking battle with Treatment Resistance Major Depressive Disorder. She leaves behind her husband Gray, her mother Beth and step father Skat, her father David and step mother Diane, her brother Grant and wife Lauren, her niece and nephew Riley and Liam, her step son Damian and wife Lauren, and their sons Holden, Dorian, and Camden, her step son Tristan and wife Sara, and their daughter Hazel.
Her devastated and loving husband Gray, and all of the many many people that she came into contact with throughout her all too brief life will miss her terribly.
Wenda was a graduate of Brock University and the International Centre of Photography, New York. After her career in television, commercial and film production she, along with her husband, moved to Port Hope and cofounded the online 20th century Gallery, Decollect.
Please hug those nearest and dearest to you and think of Wenda finally at peace.
Wenda so bright, so beautiful, so smart, and so missed.
Service will be held at The Ross Funeral Chapel on Thursday October 18th, at 1 p.m.
Reception following the service to be held at The Beamish House Restaurant and Pub, 27 John St, Port Hope, ON L1A 3V4.
