The family announces with great sorrow his death at the Timmins and District Hospital on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the age of 37 years. Loving husband of Sara Buttineau (nee Gardiner) of Schumacher. Cherished father of Pryce, Wayne and Julie Buttineau all of Schumacher. Loving son of Wayne Buttineau of Britt, ON. Dear brother of Colette Bearman (Rick) of French River, ON, Joe Buttineau of Britt, ON and Jesse Buttineau (Kelly) of Timmins. Wayne will be missed by his best friend Kevin Laffin. Sara would like to extend her heartfelt gratitude to all those who knew Wayne and touched our lives in so many ways through his work in the community, you are family. Predeceased by his mother Diane Buttineau and his sister Helen Buttineau. Remembrance donations to Diabetes Canada would be greatly appreciated. A celebration of Wayne’s life in the form of a visitation will be held on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 1-4 pm at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
