Wayne Eugene Fox
1945-2018
Wayne E. Fox of Harvey, York County, NB passed away February 24, 2018
at the Saint John Regional Hospital following a short illness. He was
born in Fredericton, NB in 1945, a son of the late David and Maudie
(Davidson) Fox. Wayne had served with the Canadian Armed Forces for
several years before his retirement. He was a member of the
Fredericton Branch 4, Royal Canadian Legion, Cherry Mountain Masonic
Lodge #50 and was a Shriner.
He is survived by his wife, Edith A. Thorburn; daughters Krista Sibley
(Mark) and Courtney Fisher (Allan); son Brent Fox (Cindy); sisters
Jeannie Shephard (Steve), Elaine Steves (Al), Margaret Bawn (Bev) and
Judy Roy (Kenny); a brother Wendall Fox (Vivian); a sister-in-law
Sandy Fox; step-daughters Janet Robichaud (Ovila), Judy Sullivan
(Troy) and Ellen Piercy (Joe); several grandchildren, nieces and
nephews.
In addition to his parents, Wayne was predeceased by a brother Robert
Fox.
A visitation time will be held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Route 3,
Harvey Station, NB on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 1p.m. to 2 p.m.
At 2 p.m. members of Cherry Mountain Lodge #50 and others will conduct
a memorial service. A reception will follow at Cherry Mountain Lodge,
8 Candlelight Lane, Harvey Station, NB
