After a long battle with Cancer, just 8 days before her 86 Birthday Velma went to be with The Lord. She is predeceased by her parents Mary Hutchinson and Clarence Combs, her Brothers Lawrence, Marvin, & Edwin Combs. Her sisters Viola Fisher and Mary Lou Roberts.
She will be deeply missed by her Brother Dennis Combs, her children Lynne Hooper, Brent and Ward Strocher, and her Daughter Dawn Roberge.
