Vaughan G.
Cudmore, 79, of Lakeview Manor, Riverview, passed away peacefully at
his residence on Friday, July 6, 2018. Born in Moncton, he was the son
of the late Ottie and Hazel (Hamilton)
Cudmore.
Vaughan was
a jack of all trades and could always be relied upon to lend a helping
hand. He was retired from Atlantic Engine Rebuilders with 47
years’ service. An avid sportsman, he enjoyed hunting and
fishing, as well as gardening and being outdoors surrounded by nature
and spending time with his family and
dogs.
Vaughan will
be sadly missed by his wife, Dianne (Morris) Cudmore of Harcourt;
daughter, Tina Beers (John) and son, Marty Cudmore (Donna), both of
Harcourt; grandchildren, Denver Beers (Erin) and Geoffrey Beers
(Lyndi); great grandchildren, Lauren, Madelyn and Benjamin; sisters,
Janet Urquhart (Lawrence) and Verna Sherwood (Ronald); many brothers
and sisters-in-law and nieces and
nephews.
In addition
to his parents, he was predeceased by brothers, Vernon, Paul and
Darrell Cudmore and sister-in-law,
Althea.
The family
would like to thank the staff of Lakeview Manor for the excellent care
given to Vaughan throughout this last
year.
In keeping
with Vaughan’s wishes, there will be no visitation hours or
funeral service. Interment will be in Harcourt Joint
Cemetery.
Arrangements
under the professional care of Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain
Road, Moncton (858-1995).
