Passed peacefully on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at age 92. Beloved husband of the late Zenta Rutulis for 59 years. Cherished father to Eric (Simona) and Nora. Brother to the late Maris. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 26 at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre (2500 Baseline Rd, Ottawa) from 2 – 5 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, December 27 in the Pinecrest Cemetery Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery, to be followed by a reception. Donations to the Ottawa Peace Latvian Ev Lutheran Church would be appreciated
