Thérèse A. Martin, 90, of Baie Sainte-Anne, N.B. passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Saturday October 20, 2018.
Born in Quebec, the daughter of the late Odias & Victoire (Muise) Poirier. Thérèse adored her family and loved spending every minute with them.
She was also a lady of faith spending time in solitude with her prayer book and rosary.
Thérèse is survived by her loving children. daughters: Jacqueline Martin (Donat) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Marjiolaine Thebeault (Jean-Marc) of Baie Sainte-Anne, Sons: Robert Martin (Jacqueline), Roland Martin (Rose Alma), both of Baie Sainte-Anne, Gilbert Martin of Miramichi Bay, Guy Martin (Elva) of Baie Sainte-Anne, seventeen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Debbie Martin, sisters Denise Drisdelle of Montreal, Yvette Poirier of Collette and many nieces and nephews.
Thérèse is predeceased by her parents and husband Armand A. Martin, son Jacques Martin, sisters; Louise and Evangeline and brothers; Raymond and Albain.
Thérèse A. Martin is resting at the Baie Sainte-Anne Slumberroom in Baie Sainte-Anne on Wednesday October 24, 2018 from 2pm until 4pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at 4 pm from Saint Anne Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Gilbert Levesque officiating.
