Obituary of Stefan « Steve » Yorga
Steve Yorga passed away peacefully at the Dr F.H. Wigmore Regional Hospital in Moose Jaw, SK, on Monday October 29, 2018, at the age of 91. He was predeceased by 3 brothers, 5 sisters and 1 great-grandson. Beloved husband of June; loving father of Glen, Bruce (Jan), Sheila Sharp (John), Edith, Douglas (Darla), Dellene Lewendon (Michael); step-children Sherri Foley (Greg), Marie Bell (Merv Kozack), Dorie Rush (Tark) and Scott (Tamara) Fogal; 25 grandchildren: Lyndon Fogal, Danielle Fogal, Alyssa Fogal, Jamie (Danette) Spagrud, Cassandra (Trent) McRae, Hailey Caragata, Brooke Caragata, Stone Rush, Austin Rush, Colton Rush, Josh Foley
Brody (Ashleigh) Foley, Ty (Jill) Foley, Bentley Hutchinson, Riley Hutchinson, Robin Yorga, Chad Everett, Katlyn Hoover, Jason Hall, Gabriel Yorga, Cai Lewendon, Cash Lewendon, Tyler Heshka, Tristan Fogal and 6 great-grandchildren: Griffin Heilman-Fogal, Jax Fogal, Zoe Spagrud, Weston Spagrud, August Foley, and Oaklyn Foley. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Kay Keller and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Steve enjoyed baseball and curling as well as camping and fishing, but particularly enjoyed having a cold beer with his close friends and family. Arrangements are entrusted to Jones Funeral Home. In living memory of Steve, a memorial tree planting will be made by Jones-Parkview Funeral Services.
