Obituary for Sophie Antoshko
It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Sophie Antoshko, our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother on February 7, 2018 at the age of 100 years.
Sophie is survived by her one son and two daughters, Don (Lenita) Antoshko of St. Albert, Hope (John) Petersen of Winnipeg, and Barb (Ron) Brown of Edmonton; seven grandchildren, Tami (Chris), Cara, Michael (Kristy), Arne (Valerie), Chad (Janelle), Lis (Mark) and Derek (Vannessa); thirteen great-grandchildren; two step-brothers and one sister, Johnny and Peter Nydopitalski of Gardenton, MB; and Barbara Teleglo of Kelowna, BC. Predeceased by her husband, John in July 1978.
Funeral Service Wednesday, February 14 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue, Edmonton. Paul Croteau officiating with interment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
