Shirley Hazel Berch
At her home on Monday, May 14, 2018 at age 93.
Beloved wife of the late Herbert Berch. Loving mother of Philip Berch, Shannon Berch (Hoke Holcomb) and John Berch (Caroline). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Eric, Alex and by her extended family Reid, Amy, Abbey and Jaden Holcomb.
The family is grateful to the empathetic and professional Medical Assistance in Dying nurse and doctors who provided Shirley with a peaceful end that she had long wanted.
A Celebration of her life will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:30 am with reception to follow. If desired, memorial donations to The Working Centre, Kitchener or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
