With heavy hearts the family of Shirley Ann (Reynolds) Marsh, loving wife of the late Alfred G. Marsh, announces her passing which occurred on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at Bobby’s Hospice. Born 1936, in Montreal, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Rose (Webb) Reynolds.
Shirley is survived by her children; Danny Marsh (Gail), Darlene (Rob) Moore and Lisa (Gary) Saulnier. She is also survived by her brother Lawrence Reynolds and sisters; Joan Soucy and Margaret Reynolds. Also left to mourn are her grandchildren; April (Jimmy), Amber, Robbie (Natasha), Chris (Tammy), Anthony (Meredith), Justin and Scott (Courtnaey), great grandchildren; Justin, Alyssa, Marissa, Delilah, Devante, Charly, Madison, Charles and Ava. She is also survived by her adopted family, Shalisha, Mike, Cassia and Sawyer, several nieces and nephews. Shirley was an avid volunteer at the Loch Lomond Villa and Meals on Wheels, a founding member of Glen Falls Rec. Association as well as the first woman in the Lion’s Club. Shirley’s family and friends were everything to her and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Arrangements entrusted to the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation being held on Monday May 14, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday May 15, 2018 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery.
