Rose-May Melanson
1944-2018
Rose-May Melanson, 73, of Saint-Antoine, passed away peacefully
surrounded by her family at the Dr George-L-Dumont UHC, on Tuesday
January 30, 2018. She was married to the late Roger Melanson (2017).
Born in Saint-Antoine, she was the daughter of the late Alban and the
late Juliette (LeBlanc) Leger.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Anne Cormier (Gerald) of
Saint-Antoine, Luc Melanson (Janice Despres) of Cocagne, her grandson,
Samuel, her sister, Bernice Bastarache (Guy) of Cap Pelé, her
two brothers; Roméo Leger (Viola) of Saint-Antoine, Paul-Emile
Leger (Monette) of Dieppe and several nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held at the Saint-Antoine l’Ermite Roman
Catholic Church Slumber Room, on Tuesday February 6, 2018 from 9:30 to
11:00am and from 2 to 3:45pm, followed by the funeral Mass at
4:00pm.
In Rose-May’s memory a donation can be made to the CHU Dumont
Foundation.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Cardiac Intensive Care
Unit at the Dumont Hospital for the excellent care they provided to
Rose-May.

Home, Bouctouche.
