Walker, Ron passed away peacefully at his home in Port Elgin, on Tuesday March 13, 2018 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Vera Walker (nee Ladd). Father of Ronnie (Wanda), Russel, Randy, Robbie, Brian (Anne), Aimee, and step father to Karen. Dear grandfather to Amanda (Luke), Cody, David, Owen, Roland (Candie), and great grandfather to many. Ron will be remembered by his sister Ruth and her husband David Francis, and by his many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alex & Ruby Mae Walker, and by his sister Audrey and her husband Clarence Ellis. Visitation at the Eagleson Funeral Home, Southampton on Sunday March 18, 2018 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service for Ron Walker will be held at SouthPort Pentecostal Church, on Monday March 19 at 11 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. A time of fellowship and sharing will follow at the church. Spring interment at Southampton Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
