Obituary for
Roger Hewson
Peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Wednesday May 9, 2018 in his 84th year. Best friend and loving husband of Sharon Branning. Proud father of Mark (Georgia), Kent (Cindy), and Lisa. Caring poppa of Jamie (Ben), Steven (Marie), Jeremy, Kylie, Courtney, Nicole, Danielle (Jesse), Michele, and Gabrielle. Great poppa of Ericka, Emma, Romey, Mason, Sara, Dakota, Chace, Hudson, Mack and Beau. Sister of the late Jan Earle. Fondly remembered by his mother – in – law June Branning of Minden and sister – in – law Sandy Branning of North Vancouver. Son of the late Cyril Hewson and Alene Gifford. Roger was a social butterfly, practical joker, and he loved having his family around. He will also be missed by his faithful sidekick Mara.
A private celebration of life will be held.
