Laporte, Robert (1959 – 2018)
The family announces with great sorrow his sudden passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on August 10, 2018 at the age of 58 years. Beloved spouse of Louise Martin, loving father of Garry, Bobby (Anne), Chad, Shawn (Crystal) and late Daniel and dear grandfather of 9. Loving son of Collette (late Len) Laporte, and brother of late Dan (Sylvie) and Kathy (Andy). Also left to mourn are the members of the Laporte, Roy and Martin family. Funeral Mass will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from the Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Church (Fr. Richard Ngoy officiating). Remembrance donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday at the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
