Roberta Douglas
1935-2018
With love in our hearts, on Sunday, November 25, we said our final goodbye to Roberta Douglas, wife, Mom, Grandma, sister, aunt and friend.
Roberta lived her entire life in Saanich, and for the last 60 years in the beautiful home she and Bob built at the lake. She enjoyed sharing their waterfront property, hosting many Mongolian barbeques and picnics. She had a huge heart for family, friends and animals, especially chickens, wild birds and many rescue dogs. Our family is grateful to the nurses, doctors and staff who cared for her with patience and compassion. Lay down your burden Mom, and enjoy a well-deserved rest.
