On Monday July 9th, 2018, at the age of seventy-six, Rita Mary Kathleen Duffey (nee DeWitt) passed at home surrounded by her loving family.
Mom is survived by her husband Jim of fifty-five loving years, her children Eleanor, Michael (Joanne), Colleen (Andrew), Erin (Mark), grandchildren Meghan (Joseph), Brendan, Ethan, Griffin, Allison, Sophie, Patrick, Jamie and great grandchildren Odin & Lyra.
Please join us in celebrating our Mom’s loving, compassionate life at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME (445 St. Vincent Street, Barrie) on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. and again on Friday, July 13, 2018 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service in the chapel at 11 o’clock a.m. A reception will follow.
