Rhonda Marjorie Blackwell
Rhonda Blackwell passed away August 11, 2018. She was born in Comox, BC in 1965. She was a golden child, sweet and loving and kind. She leaves children and grandchildren behind and in them we see the best of her. “It is so much darker when a light goes out than it would have been if it had never shone.” John Steinbeck
