Obituary for Rhéa Clement (Blanchette)
CLÉMENT, Rhéa (Rae) – The family announces with sorrow the passing of Rhéa Clément (nee Blanchette) at the Timmins Extendicare on February 18, 2018 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 61 years Roland Clément (2010). She will be dearly missed by her children Suzanne (Ken Wearing) of Kanata, Robert (Maureen) of Wasaga Beach, Denis (Louise) of Cochrane and Donald (Suzanne) of Kirkland Lake. Dear grandmother of Nichole of Timmins, Kim (Ron Bin) of London, Darcy (Heather) of Welland, Kelly (Adrian Lachowski) of Kanata, Paul (Josée) of Timmins, Michelle (Rémi Nolet) of Stouffville, Daniel (Celyn) of Kirkland Lake and Marc (Caroline) of Kapuskasing. Dear great-grandmother of Cameron, Rylan Chisholm, Ethan, Hailey and Nathan Bin, Roland, Alexa and Holly Wearing, Nikolas and Olivia Lachowski, Noa, John and Maélie Clément. She is survived by her sister Diane Walker of Sudbury. She is predeceased by her parents Theodore and Valeda (Tremblay) Blanchette, brothers Gerry, Leo, Ted, Rheal, and Aurèle.
The family wishes to express their deepest appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff of the Kamiskotia Lake unit at the Timmins Extendicare for the excellent care and compassion.
Funeral services and internment of her ashes will be held at the Timmins Memorial Cemetery in the summer. Remembrance donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre,
