Raymond Firlotte
Raymond Firlotte passed away peacefully on Monday, March 19, 2018, with family by his side at the Chaleur Regional Hospital at the age of 80. Born in Jacquet River (Durham Centre) he was the son of Alphonse Firlotte and Elizabeth Bennett.
He is survived by daughters Lisa Guitard (Sheldon) and Linda Gibson (Bruce); sons Jerry (Aleth) and Jamie; grandchildren Holly, Travis, Evann, Nicholas, Alex and Aramis; great-grandchildren Leah and Dallas; sisters Mary Firlotte, Theresa Hinds, Florence Lapointe, Margaret Charles and Gertrude VanWoudenberg; as well as his brother Andrew. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Cecil Kellachen and granddaughter Arin Gibson.
In keeping with Raymond’s wishes, there will be no visitations. A graveside service will be held in the Spring. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
