Peter Enns
After a lengthy illness, Peter Enns passed peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Steinbach Bethesda Hospital.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Hilda, children Ernie (Lynne), Albert (Elvira), Doris, Sandra, and Darryl, grandchildren, Karl (Patricia) Shauna (Kelo) Dawn (Corrie), Tim, Michelle (Brenton), Jason, Cameron, great grandchildren, Kaleb, Meghan, Gabriel, Grace, Wellington, Daxlynn, Ayana, and Arabelle, two sisters Kae and Betty (Jean-Guy), brother-in-law Dick and families.
Peter and Hilda were married in 2003 and he gained step-daughters Sherry, Shellie (Rob) Michele (Rick), Mona (Leonard), grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Jamie (Nichole), Dwayne, Amy, and Darren (Danielle), great grandchildren, Evan, Charlotte, and Kylie.
Peter was predeceased by his daughter Cathy, sisters Mary and Sally, brothers-in-law, John and Frank.
Peter had a long career in the transport industry, as an owner/operator driver, in which he took great pride. Family and work were his main focuses. In his spare time he enjoyed, fishing, curling, and playing baseball with his family. In his retirement he enjoyed gardening, and was especially proud of his tomatoes.

A service will be held at 2:00 on Thursday February 15, 2018 with viewing one hour prior to the service at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd, Winnipeg, Mb.
