Obituary for Patricia (Pat) Beson
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Patricia Beson (Fitzgerald) announce her passing at James Paton Memorial Hospital on December 12, 2018.
She was born June 5th, 1951 to parents Madge and Edmund Fitzgerald. On September 11, 1970 she married the love of her life Don, together they raised 3 children, and enjoyed 48 years of marriage, fun and companionship. She loved spending time at their cabin in Boot Pond, cutting wood, spending time with her dog Shiloh but most of all she enjoyed every minute spent with her 3 grandchildren who she loved to no end.
Pat was predeceased by her mother Madge Fitzgerald, and her mother and father in law Rita and Theodore Beson, as well as her brother in law Gerry. Left to mourn are her loving husband and best friend Don, her 3 children Larry (Jill), Chris and Christine (Charles) and her 3 grandchildren, Ethan, Frankie, and Ryley, as well as her sister Peggy (Glenn) Carter. Also left to mourn are her in law’s Lambert (Sharon) , David (Pansy), Pat (Margaret), Ray (Judy), Wayne (Yvonne), Bob (Donna), Glen (Christina), Catherine (Terry), Rita (Gary). Also large circle of nieces , nephews family and friends Plus the multitude of people who’s lives she has touched through friendship and her kind warm heart. She will be missed by so many.
The family would like to thank her special friend Cynthia Pheifer, who spent her last 82 days at her side your kindness can never be repaid, the amazing staff at the Health Science General Surgery Unit, Dr. Quigley and his amazing staff, and the wonderful staff at the James Paton Memorial Hospital where she spent her final days.
In keeping with Pat’s wishes cremation has taken place .Visitation will be held at Stacey’s funeral home Dec 27th 2-4 and 7-9. Donations and flowers to the family will be graciously accepted.
