Middlemiss, Patricia Lynn (née Bolton)
Passed away peacefully in hospital, with her family by her side on Monday, August 13, 2018. Beloved spouse of Mike Lamothe. Loving mother of Judi-lynn, Janet, JoAnn (Adam) and Jennifer (Paul). Proud grandmother of Reilly, Rhys, Delaney, Finn, Wyatt, Sarah and Griffin. Dear sister of Donna MacMillan (Alan), Fay Anderson (Allan), Don Bolton (Deborah), Judy-Beth Bolton and Mary-Ellen Bolton. Predeceased by her brothers Mike Bolton and Denny Bolton, as well as by her parents Dominic and Kathleen Bolton (née Walker). Patricia will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Special thanks to the medical staff at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for their care and compassion.
Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel of Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3700 Prince of Wales Drive, on Friday, August 17 at 2 p.m. Inurnment to follow.
