Norma Griffiths Lyle
October 26, 1922 – May 16, 2018
In loving memory of Norma Griffiths-Lyle (nee Fenwick), born October 26, 1922, age 95 years, who passed away peacefully in the Dryden Regional Health Center on Wednesday, May 16th.
Norma is predeceased by her sister Elva Wikander (nee Fenwick), her first husband Thomas Griffiths, and second husband Gordon Lyle.
Norma is survived by her brother Owen Fenwick, sister in-laws: Evelyn Shepherd, Jeanette Raslack and Lillian Laking, her sons: Gordon Griffiths (Lynda), Doug Griffiths, her step-children: Karen Fitzgerald (Rick), Larry Lyle (Marcy) and Verna Pillai (suji ), her grandchildren: Patrick Griffiths (Michelle), Diana Griffiths (Tony), Shannon Munro, Paula Delorme (Preston) and Blaire Roberts (Graham), her step-grandchildren: Becky Fitzgerald, Ian Fitzgerald, Jayme Lyle (Larry), Sachin Pillai and Aryan Pillai, and her great-grandchildren: Dayna Griffiths (Bram), Darian Griffiths (Alex), Kaedyn Griffiths, Tyler Munro, Conley Delorme, Phoenix Delorme, Emmett Delorme, Griffin Delorme, Mason Roberts and Emma Roberts, as well as many other special friends and family.
Funeral Services for Norma Griffiths Lyle will be held Friday, May 18th at 1:00 p.m. in First United Church with Rev. Erin McIntyre officiating.
Interment will follow in the Oxdrift Cemetery.
Visitation will take place Thursday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Moffat Chapel of the Stevens Funeral Home.
