Obituary for Nancy Schmidt
SCHMIDT, Nancy-Passed away peacefully at Derbecker’s Heritage House in St. Jacobs on Saturday, December 15, 2018 in her 90th year. Born June 23, 1928. Survived by her loving sister Lydia Schmidt in St. Jacobs. Cherished aunt to her nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by her father Joseph (1969) and mother Olive (Wagler) (1981), her sister Mary Lowden (1996), her brother John Schmidt (2009), sister-in-law Lydia Schmidt (2012) and great-nephew Tyler Schmidt (2015). We would like to thank all the staff at Derbecker’s Heritage House for their loving and excellent care received for the past three years. Friends may call at the FUTHER-FRANKLIN FUNERAL HOME, 1172 Henry Street, Wellesley on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 9 a.m. till 11 a.m. at the home of Vernon Jantzi, 6160 Schummer Line, RR#1, Linwood. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m.at the home of Vernon Jantzi. Interment to follow in the 7th Line Amish Mennonite Cemetery. Bishop Carl Wagler officiating.
