Passed peacefully on November 22, 2018 at Trillium Hospital in Mississauga, with his family by his side. Mike was predeceased by his dear wife, Anna Carmel (Cole). He was a loving father to Michelle Joann and Deborah Ellen and his grandson Lucas Michael, who regarded him as ‘DAD’. He will be sadly missed by his siblings: Catherine (Gordon), Ann (Gilbert), Margo (Bern), Bill (Veronica), Roddy (Mary), Bryan and Jerome (deceased). He will remain in the hearts of his many nieces and nephews and his long time, loyal friends. Mike was an avid model ship builder, and a great Toronto Maple Leafs fan. After working as a contractor, he devoted volunteer service to his church and countless days to Canadian Food for Children. He served diligently in and for the Long Branch neighbourhood, of which he was a resident for over 50 years. Cremation has already taken place.
