Metro Syniak
August 6, 1932 – November 15, 2018
It is with great sadness and much love we say goodbye to a wonderful husband, loving father, grandfather & great grandfather. Metro was born in Andrew, AB; raised in Smoky Lake & North Edmonton & lived most of his life in the rural area near Warburg.
Metro will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 60 years, Wilma, daughters Terri & Sandi, sons Gene (Lan), Dean (Allison); and grandchildren Curtis (Justina), Nickie (Brandon), Samantha, Hayley, Matthew, Amy, Creedence, Jordan & Draven; great grandchildren Rhett, Piper, Axel, Amoura & Horus; two sisters Jenny Jenson, Lily Fewchuk; aunt Helen Skoreiko & many nieces, nephews & dear friends.
Predeceased by parents Alex & Annie; brothers John & William; sisters Helen, Katie & Mary.
A memorial for family & friends was held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Hainstock & Son Funeral Chapel, Leduc.
