Marvin Trent Hart
Hart, Marven Trent, age 58, of Lower Sackville passed away suddenly on March 3, 2018.
Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Ray Marven Hart and Audrey (Keeping) Hart.
Marven was all about family and he worked very hard to provide for his family. Marven worked at Hoyt’s Moving and Storage for many years. He enjoyed going camping and was a seasonal camper at Whispering Winds Campground. He loved country music and was always turning it up. Marven would do anything for anyone; he never said no. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Marven is survived by his wife, Patricia; step-daughter Michelle (Stacey) Barnes, Dartmouth; step-sons, Gary (Paula) Whalen, Lower Sackville, Michael (Amy) Whalen, Hammonds Plains; son Trent who passed away on March 6th.
He is also survived by his sisters Betty Kerr and Peggy Ballard; brothers Russell (Moira) Hart and Brian (Marilyn) Hart; 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his brother Ray Elias Hart; granddaughter Carys Whalen who also passed on March 3rd; nephew David White and son-in law Robert “Bob” Reid.
Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Tuesday March 13 in Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main Street, Dartmouth. The funeral service will take place at 11am on Wednesday March 14th in the funeral home chapel with a reception to follow. Cremation and interment in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens to take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Patricia Hart Fund.
