DEMERS, Loretta (nee Couture)
Passed away peacefully at Erie Shores Hospice on Sunday December 9, 2018 at 96 years. Daughter of the late Joseph and Natalie Couture. Beloved wife of the late Raymond (1985). Loving mother of Ernie (Ernestine) Demers, Claire Oliver, Florence (Bob) Donais, Madeleine (Glen) Freeman. Cherished mémé of many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren. Dear sister of Harvey Couture, Cecile (Arthur) Campeau, late Charles Couture, and late Jeannette Trahan. Sister-in-law of Rita Couture, late Dora Couture, late Orville Cartier, and late Syl Trahan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Loretta was a devoted member and will be missed by many friends at Le Club l’Âge D’or and the Liesure Centre. Special thanks to the staff at Erie Shores Hospice for your dedicated care of Mom. Visitation at Reaume Funeral Home Inc. from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral service from the funeral home on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. then to St. Francis Xavier Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.
