Kenneth “Kenny” Phillips
It is with deep sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of our dear son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend, Kenneth “Kenny” Malcolm Phillips, on November 7, 2018 in Vancouver B.C.
Born in Sydney but raised in Sydney Forks, he is the son of Karen (Fougere) Richardson and James Phillips.
Kenny had a personality like no other, such a loving and kind individual. He was known for “thee best” hugs, which were not only felt by his strength, but were felt mostly by his huge heart. Kenny was a very talented artist, both in drawing and woodworking, of which he took great pride in.
Besides his mother, Kenny is survived by his siblings Jason, Tammy and Jody (Rob Blunden). Nieces and nephew – Amber, Rebecca, Taylor Malcolm and Jenah. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Especially his brother Donnie Richardson, who held a very special place in his heart for Kenny.
Kenny is predeceased by his step father Leonard, maternal grandparents Dennis and Lois (MacKenzie) Fougere, paternal grandparents Kenneth and Edith (Deuchesney) Phillips and special cousin Donald Phillips
Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held.
Nos plus sincères sympathies à la famille et aux amis de Kenneth Kenny Malcolm Phillips November 7 2018..
