It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Kathleen “Kay” Madter on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at The Village of Glendale Crossing, London, in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Earl Madter of 64 years. Cherished mother of Wendy (late Wayne (1981)) Allen, Brian (Suzanne) Madter, Michael (Jane) Madter and Christine Madter. Proud Nan of Kathy (Bruce) Hanna, Jeff (Nicole) Allen, Jenn (Mark) Porter, Michael (Jolene), Daniel, Bryce, Stephanie, Sarah, Alexandra and Sierra Madter and great-nana of Liam, Jason, Ava, Sarah, Michael, Matthew and Addison. Loving sister of Doris Ramey and Donald Archer. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The Madter family would like to thank the staff at The Village of Glendale Crossing – Byron Neighbourhood. Friends will be received by the family from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, London. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society of London and Middle.
