It is with great sadness that the family of John Francis O’Reilly announce that he peacefully passed in his sleep on August 1, 2018, at the age 82. Leaving with fond and loving memories his wife of 56 years Ruby; 4 children: Stephen, David (Jacqueline), Joanna (Darren) and Janet (John); 5 grandchildren: Collin, Meghan, Andrew, John and Matthew; sister Cecelia Nolan; nieces and nephews, and a large circle of family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Kenny’s Pond Residence for their tender care and sensitivity in our time of need. We greatly appreciate their support which allowed John to care for Ruby, the love of his life. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Saturday, August 4th, 2018 from 2 – 4 p.m and Sunday, August 5th, 2018 from 5 – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 6th, 2018 at 10 a.m from Mary Queen Of Peace, with interment to follow in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
