Obituary for Jean Renwick (Berry)
On Wednesday, January 31, 2018 while chatting with her grandson, Jean was welcomed into the arms of her Saviour. Jean was a devoted wife to Vincent (2011) for over 57 years, and wonderful mother to Marie Downey, Rodger and Michele (2016). She also leaves to mourn her loss and celebrate her life, six grandchildren; Shane (Tara) Downey, Chad (Shell) Downey, Todd (Jenn) Downey, Lee Renwick, Sarah (Kyle) McClelland and Devon (Nina) Renwick, and her nine great-grandchildren; Joshua, Megan, Charlie, Max, Leslie, Holden, Kennedy, Olivia and Cayson. Jean was a loving aunt to Joanne (Vic) Symes and John (Doreen) Smith. Jean will be missed by her extended family at Immanuel Baptist Church, First Baptist B.W.M.C. and the Beckett Building. The family will receive friends at the TOLL FUNERAL HOME, 55 Charing Cross Street, Brantford on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 from 3-6 p.m. Visitation will resume on Wednesday from 12:30 – 2 p.m. followed by a celebration of Jean’s life at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations to Sick Kids Hospital, Toronto or to Immanuel Baptist Church, Brantford would be appreciated.
