Jesionowski, Jan:
Passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018 at St. Mary’s General Hospital at the age of 64. Beloved husband to Wieslawa for 40 years. Loving Dad to Adriana and Izabela. Cherished Jaja to Calvin, Maya and Jaxon. Predeceased by his parents and siblings.
Jan’s family will receive relatives and friends from 7 – 9 p.m. (holy rosary at 7:30 p.m.) on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 66 Shanley St., Kitchener, on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a reception in the church hall.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Diabetes Canada or to Sacred Heart RC Church would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
