OBITUARY
James Michael Philip Homan-Ffolliott
March 23, 1937 – August 1, 2018
Michael ffolliott, devoted husband, loving father, and wonderful grandfather passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 1, with his family at his side.
Michael was born in Grenfell Saskatchewan. He married Mariette (Lambert) in Fort Frances, Ontario in 1960 while working for CN Railway. In 1966, they moved to Winnipeg Manitoba, where his children were born.
Michael graduated with Honors in Accounting, from the University of Manitoba, in 1971 and in 1972, moved his family to Vernon, BC to start working for Consumers Glass. He would stay there until early retirement pending closure of the plant.
He then did some work for All Saints Anglican Church, as the church office administrator up to his retirement due to medical issues.
Michael was a wonderful father that adored his time with family, especially with his grandchildren: Andrew ffolliott, Anjali Oujla, and Joel Oujla.
Survived by his wife, of 57 years, Mariette ffolliott; daughter, Jennifer (Satnam); son, Jason (Shauna), and brother, Pat Ffolliott.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church on August 25 at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or the All Saints Anglican Church Hall Building Fund in his memory.
