Jack (John) Fredrick Slimmon
On October 3, 2018 Jack Slimmon of St. Albert Alberta passed away at the age of 73.
He will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his wife Dolores Ouellet, his children, Sean (Julie) Slimmon, Damon (Sabrina) Slimmon, Dayna (Ronan) Cruz, Darcy (Angela) Ouellet, Jason (Kristen) Ouellet, his grandchildren Victoria, Bella, Sean, Hannah, Sadie, Cassidy and Brock, his brother Tom (Mary) Slimmon, his sister Dianne (Bob) Bownes and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
Over the years Jack has touched many lives through his involvement in the business community, as a pharmacist, and a significant member of the model train community. Always willing to share his advice and life experiences to anyone who was willing to listen.
A celebration of Jack’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday October 10th, 2018 at Terwillegar Community Church, 1751 Towne Centre Boulevard NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
In lieu of floral tributes, donations in the name of Jack may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta at www.heartandstroke.ca
