Etmanskie, Irene (nee Shulist):
Passed away, peacefully, on Friday, November 30th, 2018 at Freeport Health Centre at the age of 84. Beloved wife to the late Ambrose (2002). Loving Mother to David (Diana), Linda (Mac) Campbell and Patricia (Joseph) Amatruda. Cherished Grandma (Munchie) to Jennifer (Gary), Tiffany, Scott, Jenne (Ryan), Chris (Emily), Elizabeth and Kalina and great Grandma (Munchie) to Jonathan, Theodore, Derik, Karter, Miley, Tucker, Ruby and Eden. Survived by her brother, Bobby (Theresa) and brother-in-law, Benny Etmanskie. She will also be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her siblings, Max, Evelyn Gifford, Sylvester, Florian, Esther Etmanskie, Tilly Etmanskie and Jimmy.
Irene’s family will receive relatives and friends from 12:00 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Memorial Service will be held in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. followed by a reception at the funeral home. Private family interment at Woodland Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the KW Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
