WOTHERSPOON, Helen (née Denneny) – Mrs. Helen Margaret Wotherspoon at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Monday November 26, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Beloved wife of the late James Wotherspoon and her first spouse late Louis Ladouceur. Loved mother of Brian Ladouceur (Marlene), Eric Wotherspoon (Tabatha), Donna Gail Fontaine (Richard), Helen Harris (Elyard), Connie Levac (Bryan Taillon, late Albert), Bonnie Durocher (Andre Bray), and Joanne Ladouceur (Charlie). Dear sister of Francis Gilkes, Don Denneny (Anita), and Ren (Pat). Sadly missed by 23 grandchildren, 60 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by her children Barry Ladouceur and Darlene Legroulx (Stuart); parents Frank and Wilda (née Bailey) Denneny; and brother Wallace “Bud” (Ruth). In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place. A funeral service in celebration of her life will be held at 2024 Pitt Street on Saturday December 1, 2018 at 2PM. Interment at a later date in St. Lawrence Valley Cemetery, Long Sault. If so desired contributions in her memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
