Passed away peacefully on May 14, 2018 at the age of 65. Reunited with her parents Alfred and Beatrice. Dearest sister of Anita Logan (2007) (John, 1979) and Marie-Anne Knapp (Marc, 2015), Cecile Hamelin (2001) (Edouard, 1993), Pierre (2003) (Carolyn), Paul (Gloria) and Marie Comartin (Lawrence). Helen will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff of Banwell Gardens for their loving care and compassion. Visitation will be held at Melady Funeral Home 572 Notre Dame Street, Belle River on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Parish prayers will be held at 8:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 for 11am at St. Simon and St. Jude Parish, 488 St. Charles Street, Belle River. A private family burial will follow.
