Obituary of Gerald « Gerry » Cadeau
Wherever a beautiful soul has been, there is a trail of beautiful memories.
It is with much love and sadness that we say goodbye to a man that will never be forgotten. Gerry was a loving husband to Fay, wonderful dad to Tim (Crystal) and Tracy (Jorge). Best Papa ever to Ty, Taylor and Stella. Gerry was the beloved son of Donald (predeceased) and Margaret (predeceased) and caring brother to Helen (Mike predeceased), Norma (John), Colette (Tom), Lenore (Pete), Donnie, Darlene (Gary), Doug (Doris), Michele (Rick) and Jo-Anne (Dennis) and nieces and nephews.
Gerry was a principled man who spent his working career fighting for the underdog while fitting in time to do his favourite activities: moose hunting, fishing, golfing, traveling.
For those of you that knew Gerry well, you would know he adored his grandchildren more then life itself and would do anything for them.
Gerry was always negotiating and was a self proclaimed Cribbage professional.
Gone yet not forgotten, although we are apart, your spirit lives within us, forever in our hearts.
Friends will be received at the Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Rd., Georgetown on Tuesday from 6:00-9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday December 19th from 12:30 pm unti time of funeral service held in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Norval. In memory of Gerry, donations to the Cancer Assistance Services of Halton Hills would be appreciated.
