Macdonnell, George Bryan passed away peacefully in his sleep at Brookhaven Care Centre on Monday, August 20th, 2018.
Bryan was born in Kelowna on July 12, 1937. He grew up on the family farm until he was able to join the Royal Canadian Air Force and was stationed in Cold Lake, Alberta. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Lorraine Macdonnell of fifty-six years; his children Gordon Macdonnell, James (Julie) Macdonnell, Alana Macdonnell; and his grandchildren Thomas, Rhiannan, and Jonas and many more extended family.
Dad was loved and will be missed by his family and friends for his generous and outgoing spirit. Always the first to lend a hand to those in need, Bryan’s life was dedicated to family and the community at large.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Brookhaven Care Centre and those family and friends who visited Bryan at Brookhaven.
