Fern Ann Daum, age 71, of Stratford passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at Sakura House Hospice on November 8, 2018. Born in Rostock, May 13, 1947, daughter of Margurite Jantzi of Stratford and the late Allan Jantzi.
Beloved wife for 50 years of Keith “Jake” Daum. Loving mother of Tanya Cook (Mark), Tracey Bolton (Rob) and Tricia McKay (Dave). Grandmother of Tilysa Cook (Zach), Travis Cook (Olivia), Tyler Cook, Tanner Cook, Keira Bolton, Connor Bolton, Ethan Sharpe, Jake Sharpe and great grandmother of John, Anthony and Lincoln Cook. Sister of Keith Jantzi (Peggy), Garry Jantzi (Heather) and Annette Griffin (Jim). Also survived by brothers-in-law Laverne Daum, Bruce Daum (Florence), sister-in-law Marg Daum and many nieces and nephews and their families.
Visitation at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Tuesday, November 13, from 6-9 p.m. and on Wednesday at Parkview United Church, 470 Ontario Street, Stratford from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. A reception will follow at the church. Family interment at South Easthope Cemetery.
