Obituary for
Elsie McMinn
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday December 22, 2018 at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 95 years. She was predeceased by her husband Charlie McMinn and by her daughter Kathryn McMinn. She is survived by her daughter Kim McManus; her grandchildren Shannon MacIvor, Jennifer Jarrett and Ryan McManus; her great-grandchildren Aidan, Rhys, Zephyr, Quest, Avery and Adalynn and by her sister Leona O’Connor. Elsie was a 60 years member of the Church of Nativity C.W.L.; a volunteer with the Lord’s Kitchen and a member of the Timmins and District Hospital Auxiliary. Funeral service will be held on Thursday December 27, 2018 at noon at St-Anthony’s of Padua Church. Interment will follow at Timmins Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10 am to 11:30 am at LESSARD-STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME. Remembrance donations to the Lord’s Kitchen would be greatly appreciated.
