Donna Patricia MacDonald
1955-2018
We regret to announce the death of Donna Patricia MacDonald
of Dartmouth NS at Victoria General Hospital on Sunday, July 29, 2018,
after a short illness.
Born in Glencoe, Guysborough Co. she was the daughter of the
late John W. and Lillian (MacLellan) MacDonald.
Donna was a very kind and caring person and the love of
family was most important to her. She
always enjoyed music and would break into dance at the sound
of a good tune. She made many friends over the years and
will be very much missed by all.
She is survived by her partner of thirty
years, Brent Getson; two sisters Peggy (Raymond) Doiron and
Anna MacDonald; three brothers, John (Rita), Lewis (Bonnie), and
Vincent; niece, Lindsay (Chris) Ralph, and nephew, Brandon (Jennifer)
Vooro; great nieces, Lillian and Brooklyn and a great nephew,
Drew.
Besides her parents, she is predeceased by sisters, Jean and
Angela and a nephew, Andrew Doiron.
Visitation will be held at C L Curry Funeral Home, 135
College St. Antigonish NS on Friday August 3rd from 1:00pm
until time of service in the funeral home at 3:00pm. Burial to follow
in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Guysborough
Intervale.
