Russell Day departed this life on March 27, 2018. Left to mourn his passing are his wife of 64 years, Angèle, his children Richard (Mary), Suzanne and Lee Anne (Sean), and his eight grandchildren, Katherine, Patrick, Gavin, Matthew, Jake, Emma, Abbey and Maggie. Also survived by dear sister Florence Hoult (née Day). A side drummer and proud former member of the Black Watch 3rd Battalion Pipes & Drums, Russ marched to a different beat. He will be fondly remembered as an Alouette’s Super Fan and a lover of life.
A funeral will be held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church (75 Kirkland, Kirkland (Qc) H9J 1N5) in June 2018.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation and St. Mary’s Anglican Church are requested.
