Levi, David, Randall Campbell (Randy)
Passed away unexpectedly while enjoying the Christmas holidays on December 30, 2017. He will be sadly missed by his wife Louise, sons Michael and Peter, daughter- in-laws Cheryl and Amanda, granddaughters Chelsea and Carly and grandson Shane.
Born in Pakenham Township, Ontario in 1943, he later settled in Kingston, Ontario. Randy taught at several high schools in the Limestone District, including Lasalle, Bayridge and Loyalist Collegiate, where he retired as Head of the
Science Department. He enjoyed coaching soccer for his kids and students and convened the OFFSA girls’ soccer
tournament in Kingston.
Randy retired in 1998 and enjoyed travelling, advising his investment club, visiting with his grandkids and watching them play sports. Randy also kept busy working with the Queens Faculty of Education, and with the Kingston Historical Society. He brought passion, integrity and a strong work ethic to all his endeavors.
The family will receive friends at the GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME 435 Davis Drive (Centennial Dr. and Taylor-Kidd Blvd) on Thursday, January 4th from 2:00 p.m., followed by a service to celebrate his life at 4:00 p.m. Interment at White Lake Cemetery will occur in the spring 2018. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations be made to the Arthritis Society (www.arthritis.ca).
