It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of David James McLaren on March 26, 2018. David was born May 24, 1933 in New Westminster, BC. He enjoyed gardening and playing duplicate bridge. David was active in the Army & Navy #5, Legion and was a Teamsters Union member. He will be forever loved and missed by his wife Yvonne, to whom he was married for 64 years, son Robert (Cheryl) of Gibbons, AB son-in-law Gary, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. David is predeceased by his daughter Loralee. Those wishing to do so may make a donation in David’s memory to a charity of choice. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank Dr. Dyck and the nurses at Vernon Jubilee Hospital for their loving care.
