Life Legacy
Mr. David Douglas Scholtens, a resident of Wallaceburg, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, in Chatham, at the age of 63. David was born in Chatham and was a son of the late Ties and Barbara (Garrod) Scholtens. Loving father of Lisa, Ryan and Christina. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Samantha, Tara, Lennox and Laila. Kind brother of Irene (Mario) Biscaro, Bill (Lynda) Scholtens, Richard Scholtens and Rose Scholtens. Predeceased by his brother Sid Scholtens (2016). Family and friends will be received at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg, Ontario on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 11 a.m. from the Chapel of the Funeral Home with Barb Sargeant, Officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Diabetes Association or may be left at the funeral home.
