DANIEL LYNDEN SARAZIN
December 16, 1963 – September 19, 2018
Lynden passed peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends at the age of 54 years. He was the son of the late Daniel Sarazin & Bernadette Lavalley of Pikwakanagan, proud father of Skylar Lightbody-Sarazin and Starla Lightbody-Sarazin, adopted sons, Keith Cournoyer and the late Gerald Cournoyer and stepfather to Shannon Hickey-MacMillan, Josh Lightbody and Brady Lightbody.
Lynden was the youngest born of 23 children. He is survived by his 12 brothers & sisters, Barry (Jessie-Ann), Jeffrey (Colleen), Annette (Dave Jansen), Merv (Linda), Gary (Barbara), Brenda (Ken Kruger), Norma (Cliff Meness), Richard (Bonnie), Pauline Wilcox, Rosemary McNeil, Jerry Lavalley & Joe Lavalley (Angel). He was predeceased by his 10 siblings Kevin Sarazin, Archie Lavalley, Stanley Sarazin, Donald Sarazin, Beatrice Kohoko, Francis Sarazin, Gertrude Kohoko, Leonard Sarazin, Walter Sarazin & Katherine Pelletier.
Lynden, known to many as “Ribs” will be greatly missed by many nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
In honour of Lynden, the family invites you to celebrate his life and spirit at the Makwa Community Centre in Pikwakanagan, on Friday, September 21st 2018 from 7-9 pm and Saturday, from 9-11 am with services to begin at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow.
