NIESSEN, Clarence Clarence Niessen of Hamilton, Ontario would like you to know his work here on Earth is complete. On August 8, 2018, Clarence Niessen went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Clarence was predeceased by his beloved and devoted wife Cora Josephine Niessen (nee Rutherford), Father, Henry H. Niessen, mother Eva Niessen (nee Friesen), and brothers Henry, James and Herb Niessen. Clarence leaves behind his three very blessed children and their families: Christine Weber (John), John (Tammy) and Paul (Michele). Clarence also leaves behind his nine grandchildren: Naomi, Rebekah, Annalisa, Jill, Russel, Kyle, Kevin, Kayla and Jason and two great-granddaughters, Kylie and Lily. Clarence also leaves behind several precious nieces and nephews as well as many very dear friends. Clarence and his late wife Cora were members at Centenary United Church in downtown Hamilton since 1958. Clarence was a life insurance agent working at Canada Life Assurance in Hamilton for 30 years. Visitation at the DODSWORTH & BROWN FUNERAL HOME, ROBINSON CHAPEL (King Street East at Wellington) on Saturday August 11, 2018 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate a donation made to World Vision Canada
